Our monument sign was destroyed by a hurricane and replaced at great expense, this is the current condition, we have a maintenance person we employ as well as a community manager who should be able to keep up with necessary upkeep, ultimately it is the responsibility of the board of directors who all drive past this sign probably on a daily basis. The sign has been in this condition for several months.
